By using the services of Mexican Travel VIP, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Mexican Travel VIP is a registered travel agency in Cancun, Mexico, offering all-inclusive vacation packages, hotel reservations, and related tourism services.
2. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
- Packages include accommodation, meals, and beverages as specified in each offer.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing to hola@mexicantravelvip.com.mx.
- Refund policies vary by hotel and season.
- “Buy now, travel later” packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Liability
Mexican Travel VIP acts as an intermediary between the traveler and tourism service providers. We are not responsible for changes or cancellations made directly by hotels or airlines.
5. Website Use
- The content of this site is the property of Mexican Travel VIP.
- Hotel photographs are provided by the establishments and are subject to copyright.
- Unauthorized reproduction of content is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo.
