6. Limitation of Liability

Mexican Travel VIP is not responsible for:

• Changes in flights or third-party itineraries
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Loss of luggage or personal items
• Incidents during travel not directly caused by Mexican Travel VIP error
• Resort cancellations or service changes

7. Warranties and Discounts

• All prices are in USD and may be subject to change based on availability
• Discounts are valid only during specified periods
• Availability is subject to confirmation
• Mexican Travel VIP reserves the right to adjust prices based on market conditions

8. Personal Data

• Client information is handled according to the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LFPDPPP)
• Data is protected with SSL security and Norton Verified
• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent

9. Intellectual Property
